Schedule of Condition

Schedule of Condition.

A written report with photographs to confirm the state of the property before any works have started. 

The expectation being that once works have been completed, the neighbours property remains the same, and should there be any doubt the schedule of condition can be referred too. 

It should be noted that the Schedule of Condition is not mandatory through the legislation, but is recommended and it is included should an award be completed.
